Quality Loose Leaf believes in making binders that last (no vinyl). Vinyl binders are cheap, fall apart easily, and are horrible for the environment. Our ring binders are built to last the test of time. With turned edge construction, they will hold 11 x 8-1/2" sheets with a ½” index allowance (with 4-1/4” centers). Each binder is constructed with a flat back and concealed rivets using a .150 heavy duty pasted chip board. Cover material options are (but not limited to) bonded leather, Sturdite (coated cloth), and Ultra (coated nylon reinforced paper, for high durability). We provide custom decoration of the cover, spine, or back with either a custom logo or name. Each book has a reinforced joint liner which will provide long time use without failing. Front and back inner lining material is 80lb coated paper. The ring has 3 hooks and double opening and closing boosters. Ring color options are either nickel-plated or black.

Binders with screw posts have a double flap which hides the posts. Ribbon binders have a single flap to expose the ribbon. Sheets are 12” x 12” and made from acid free and archival quality papers. Front and back liners are cemented in using an uncoated 80lb. environmentally safe paper. Each binder has 20 sheets with the ability of adding screw post extensions to make the capacity of the binder virtually unlimited. As an option, binders can be made with a pocket type window that will hold a 4 x 4 picture.

Whether you are presenting or archiving a disc, these are customizable cases are the perfect tool. All DVD and CD cases are turned edge construction made with .100 pasted chip board with a single CD holder. Covering materials rangeing from bonded leather to coated paper. The case will hold a standard size disk (4-3/4” disk), which can be decorated with a custom logo or name. As an option, cases can also be made to hold 2 or 3 DVDs /CD's (a dual-fold or a tri-fold construction).
Our permanent bound section sewn books are archival quality, have excellent lay-flat, and will not crack like a perfect bound book. Books can have round backs or square, hard cover or soft, and material options are many. We can even add spacers between the sections for added expandability. No pages can be added or removed without disrupting the integrity of the binding.
Other binding options available are wire-o bound, semi-concealed wire-o bound (hard cover wire bound), and wire stitched, which is used for NCR paper.
